I can not speak for the vacuums or automatic wash as I've never used them but I have yet to hear of someone complain about them.
Touchless wash does a satisfactory job, although the hose fittings tend to leak chemicals on your vehicle as you exit, causing sticky spots all over the paint, fix that!
The control box now takes card. Minimum purchase is $2 with a Max of $10. If you need more, reswipe your card, as recommended by the label on the box.
Now that the location is under new management, the service provided at the self serve is considerably higher quality.
