Worst meal at a McDonald's ever. Got a chicken sandwich that tasted like it was cooked the day before. The lettuce didn't even look like lettuce- it was brown soggy mush. Everything in the bag was ice cold. The fryers need the oil changed- my fries were so dark...they weren't your typical golden brown fries. The one star is for my coke- pop is a no fail at McDonald's.
Easily the worst McDonalds/restaurant I've ever been to. I am a local and have had horrible service every single time I've been there, ten years now, I'll get the wrong order, wrong sizes, cold food, 20 minute wait time, closes 15 minutes early, charged extra for no reason. Even had a cashier beg me to accept the wrong order so she doesn't get fired "again"! Someone needs a surprise QA inspection! Renovations don't fix incompetence! If any other fast food popped up on main street this location would go out of business within a year.
Of course my request for no onions on my burger creates the need to "park" me in a forward location to wait for the special order. Meanwhile the rest of the order sits next to the window for the next 7 minutes it takes to specially prepare my burger. My fries and remainder of the order are ice cold! Business as usual!!
You can build a brand new building but you need to serve good that looks (and tastes) just as good!
The new building they built is pretty modern looking with comfy seating. Food was great and came out quick. It looks like they also have a system that you can use to order for yourself without having to have the cashier take your order. I didn't use it but it looked pretty cool.
What is wrong with McDonald's? Bought one andof their big box specials, walked out to car to eat it and the big Macs were barely warm. The meat in them was barely warmer than the lettuce and the cheese wasn't even melted. Had I been home, I would have heated it up in my microwave. My god McDonald's, you want to know why sales are down and people aren't going to your stores. It's because your food has no taste and it. Is cold all the time. Get rid of the microwaves and warming trays and start cooking your food dress like you used to. I know you don't care what people think or you would do something about this basic problem instead of trying to come up with news items that you can sell warm or cold. One day you will be like Sears and be closing your doors and still wondering why. This is the 4th McDonald's that I've gotten food like this, so this is not a one time thing. If I ever step in to a McDonald's again for something to eat it will be a long time and only because I've forgotten how bad your food is.
